Responsibility

Perform  installation,  commission,  troubleshooting  maintenance  andrepair  on  designated  equipment.

Maintaining  communication  with  channel  service  engineers  andcustomers  directly  to  ensure  resolution  and  proper  follow  up,  leading  tocustomer  satisfaction.

Keeping  up  to  date  on  administrative  responsibilities  such  astechnical  service  report  and  internal  service  records  in  a  timely  manner.

Utilizing  the  escalation  process,  as  needed,  and  working  closelywith  technical  support  team  to  define  and  support  implementation  of  correctiveaction  plans  to  resolve  customer  issues  in  a  timely  manner 

Participating  in  sales  opportunities  such  as  contract  renewals  andassist  with  promoting  and  implementing  revenue  programs.

Continually  building  modality  expertise  including  standard  x-rayproducts,  CR/DR,  film  processor,  X-ray  test  machines  and  2D/3D  CT  machines  aswell  as  new  product  introductions  and  other  relevant  modality  enhancements.

 

Requirement

Bachelor’s  degree  in  technical  focused  major  with  minimum  5+  years’experience  in  X-ray  related  work  environment.

3+  years’  field  service  experience.

Accept  frequent  travels

 

DesireCharacteristics

NDT  RT  Level  I  or  above  holder  is  preferred.

Radiation  Safety  License  holder  is  preferred.

Strong  ability  to  analyze  and  resolve  problems.

Excellent  oral  and  written  communication  skills  in  both  English  andChinese.
