  贝克休斯服务中国市场已超过30年，目前在大中国地区共有员工六百多人，其中84%  的雇员为中国员工，45%为现场服务人员,管理层中的中国员工也由2010年的55%提高到了2012年的65%。女性员工所占的比重逐年提升，2012年达到了23%。贝克休斯在北京、蛇口、成都、塘沽及库尔勒都设有办公室，且在蛇口、塘沽、东营及重庆设有服务基地，为中国三大国有石油公司以及12家在中国作业的跨国石油公司和独立石油公司提供海上和陆上从油藏研究、钻井评价、完井生产、钻井液与油田化学、压力泵注与增产改造的全系列专业油田技术服务。
