| 岗位职责： | Qualifications: Certified from AWS (American Welding Society), EWF (European Welding Federation) or similar. More then 5 years experience. 资质： 持有美国焊接学会或欧盟焊接协会或相近资质。5年以上工作经验。 To perform the daily work distribution to the welders coordinating with fabrication engineer and according to the welder classification and capabilities by taking WPS and other welding parameters into consideration ( % 15 ) 依据焊工能力，资质和相关WPS要求与生产工程师协调其相关工作和薪酬等。 -To check the drawings, technical specs, quality plan, and prepare necessary WPS, Welding map, weld sequence plan 检验相关图纸，专业眼镜，质量计划，准备必须的WPS，焊接图纸，焊接顺序。 -To organize welder training and all qualification tests (in-door& out-door) with QM and third party inspection bureaus. 与质量经理或第三方组织相关焊工进行内部和外部培训和质量考试。 -To observe each welding operation and control the welders＇daily performances, manners and harmonies, and daily record & evaluate the welder performance and failure rates, close the open welding NCRs on time. 监控每一个焊接过程，控制焊工的日常焊接质量，记录和评估焊工工作状况和返修率，及时开，关NCR. -To train the welders in the fields of technical requirements and technical safety rules under the lead of Fabrication Supervisor 在生产监督的领导下对焊工进行技术和安全培训。 -To prepare the recommendations to the Supervisor and Operation Manager in order to improve the systems and the processes of the welding Follow up PO’s 将关于系统改进和焊接订单追踪的建议汇报给监督和运营经理。 -To follow the usage of the welding equipment and consumable , control the welding machine calibrations and parameters 追踪常用的焊接设备和耗材，控制自动焊机的调校。 -To arrange the remedies for the non-conformities to be faced during the production stage of the product, and inform the matter to the Supervisor 采取针对相应的生产过程中的不符合项纠正措施，并向监督汇报。 -To be in compliance with the technical safety rules within the working hours, with the related personnel and arrange the necessary precautions 配合相关人员针对工作过程采取相应的，必要的安全措施来确保安全生产。 |
