Role  Summary Be  responsible  for  all  welding  inspection.
完成焊接检验的工作
Main  Responsibilities  /  Tasks:
1. Implement  FAI,  process  inspection  and  LAI  according  to  the  inspection  standard  and  IP,  audit  the  production  process  if  compliance  with  the  SOP；
按检验标准和规范做好过程首检，巡检，末检，检查生产过程是否按标准要求进行；
2. Should  record  all  inspection  result所有检验结果必须有检验记录…
3. Remark  and  distinguish  all  non-conformity  material  and  products  during  the  inspection  process  and  report  to  the  inspector  leader检验过程中发现的不良品做好区分标识、隔离工作；并汇报给检验班长
4. Daily  statistics  for  all  inspected  products  and  report  to  Welding  Engineer每天对所检产品的情况进行数据统计，并上报给焊接质量工程师
5. Implement  all  requirements  from  inspector  leader  and  assistant  QA  Engineer＇s  work执行检验班长下达的各项指令，并协助质量工程师工作
6. Maintain  all  used  inspection  gauges对所用计量器具的日常维护、保养
7. Inspect  the  welders  for  the  technology  implementation  situation检查焊工执行工艺情况.
8. Inspect  visual  quality  of  weld  joints  to  see  if  meet  the  technical  documents  and  standards,  and  fill  in  the  quality  records  serious-minded检查焊缝外观质量是否符合技术文件和标准要求，并认真填写质量记录
9. Select  the  welding  test  method  and  judge  the  test  result  （the  typical  test  is  include:  nondestructive  test、hydrostatic  test、  chemical  analysis、mechanics  performance  testing）.  选择焊接试验方法及评定试验结果（典型的试验包括：无损检验、水压试验、化学分析、力学性能试验
10. Fill  in  the  letter  of  authorization  for  nondestructive  test填写焊缝无损检验委托书
11. Keep  all  the  records  and  prepare  the  reports保存记录,准备报告
12. Other  works  assigned  by  the  supervisor主管指定的其他工作。
Years  of  Experience  in  the  positions: More  than  3  years  welding  inspection  experience
三年以上工厂焊接质量检验经
Qualifications/Requirements:
1.  Good  eyesight,  can  see  the  visual  of  welding  joint  and  the  nondestructive  test  result  （Radiograph  、report）；  视力好，可看见焊缝外观和无损检验结果（射线片、报告）。
Desired  Characteristics: 2.  Have  the  professional  knowledge  of  welding  technical  terms  and  welding  technology,  can  use  the  professional  welding  technical  terms  correctly,  know  well  and  grasp  〈Welding  Technical  Terms  〉,  and  know  the  common  welding  methods；  具备焊接专业术语及焊接专业知识，能够正确使用焊接专业术语，熟悉和掌握《焊接术语》，并了解最常用的焊接方法。
3.  Have  the  knowledge  of  drawing、technical  specification、standard  and  welding  technology.  can  read  and  understand  the  drawings  and  know  the  symbol  of  the  welding  and  nondestructive  test  which  in  the  drawings；  meanwhile  should  make  the  correct  decision  for  unspecified  welding  joint  which  in  the  technical  specification  or  drawings,  and  make  the  welding  joint  meet  the  requirement具备图纸、技术条件、规范及焊接工艺方面的知识。能够阅读和看懂图纸，并了解图中焊接及无损检验的符号，同时还应对技术条件中或图纸上未详细说明的焊缝能够做出正确决定，使焊缝能够满足要求
4.  Have  the  test  method  knowledge.  When  judge  if  the  welding  joint  meet  the  quality  requirement,  can  use  all  kinds  test  methods  （such  as  VT/PT）.  Should  understand  the  boundedness  and  the  result  for  every  kind  of  test  method；  具备试验方法知识。在判定某条焊缝是否满足质量要求时，可采用各种试验方法（如VT/PT）。应了解每种试验方法的局限性及其显示的结果
5.  Have  certain  welding  operation  experience  具有一定的焊接操作经验
6.  High  school  or  technical  school  or  above  高中或技校及以上学历
7.  Can  use  the  measurement  gauges,  such  as:  calipers,  dial  indicator,  micrometer,  height  gage,  torque  wrench,  special  test  gauges,  etc.  会使用卡尺，百分表，千分尺，高度规，扭力扳手，特殊检具等量测设备。
8.  High  proficiency  in  computer  operation  and  office  software,  can  use  excel  and  word。熟练操作电脑及office办公软件，会使用excel和word
