1.  Take  overall  responsibility  of  the  assigned  project,  including  but  not  limited  to  P&L,  timeline,  resources,  personnel  and  customer  satisfaction
2.  Coordination  of  all  involved  processes,  subcontractors  and  partners  after  contract  award.
3.  Create  the  work  break  down  structure.
4.  Define  and  sequence  the  activities.
5.  Estimate  activity  resources  requirements  and  duration  and  develop  the  master  schedule.
6.  Update  the  budget  based  on  the  cost  estimates.
7.  Update  the  human  resources  plan  （qualifications  not  persona）,  acquire  the  Project  Team  （through  functional  departments）.
8.  Lead  and  manage  the  Project  Team.
9.  Create  the  communication  plan  and  manage  the  Project  stakeholders.
10.  Manage  the  risk  management  plan,  identify  and  analyze  risk,  create  a  risk  response  plan  and  monitor  and  control  risk.
11.  Support  the  planning  of  purchased  and  contracting  and  contribute  on  the  supplier  seleｃtion.
12.  Direct  and  manage  Project  eｘecution  in  line  with  HSE  rules  and  perform  quali
