焊接专业大专及以上学历，从事本行业焊接工艺工作三年以上，具有工程类中等技术职称。
Major in welding or related, college degree or above with over 3 years welding working experiences;
Engineering secondary technique certification

掌握《锅规》、《容规》、《考规》、《ASME》等有关法规知识；
Knowing “boiler industry Regulation ", " vessel industry regulation ", "ASME" and other relevant laws and regulations

掌握公司焊接设备能力和生产工艺流程；
Master in welding equipment performance and technology process

岗位职责：
负责设计图样的结构性焊接工艺审查并会签，确保设计图纸的科学性、准确性、经济性以及适用性。提出或校对新结构、新材料、新工艺的试验方案、工装设计任务书。
Responsible for reviewing the welding process design to ensure that the design drawings is scientific, economic and manufacturing; responsible for raising and reviewing of new structure, new materials ， new technologies and design task documents；
参与焊接工艺试验和焊接工艺评定工作，编制、校对焊接工艺试验、工艺评定报告。
Participate in the implementation of welding technology testing and assessment and fully control the process; review of welding technology testing and report technology assessment result.
编制、校对产品焊接件的焊接施工设计表、焊接工艺规程（WPS）、焊接细则卡、焊后热处理工艺卡等工艺文件；制定、校对焊材消耗定额。
Draft or proofread weld design sheet; WPS; Welding rules card ; PWHT process cards; draft or proofread material consumption.
及时、主动地与其它部门和专业室取得沟通，会签材料代用单，编制、校对材料代用后工艺变更通知单；参与对不合格品的处理。
